摘要
以五氧化二磷和甲基磺酸为环化试剂,N-(2-吡咯甲酰基)-β-丙氨酸经分子内酰化环化反应,合成了化合物Aldisin及其衍生物4-Bromoaldisin和4,5-Dibromoaldisin,通过1HNMR,13CNMR,IR,FABMS对其结构进行了表征。
Aldisin(6,7-dihydropyrrolo [ 2,3- c ] azepine-4,8 ( 1 H, 5H)-dione) and its derivatives, 4-bromoaldisin and 4,5-dibro- moaldisin, were synthesized by cyclization of 3- [ ( pyrrole-2-carbonyl)amino] propionic acid under reflux using phosphorus pentoxide in methane-sulfonic acid as the cyclization regent. Their structures were characterized by ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR, FABMS and IR spectra.
