摘要
对桑蚕蛾交配和产卵中用4种不同颜色和强度的光进行处理。结果指出,在产卵时不同光质影响产卵数,产卵速度和产出卵率。但在中、日系统间没有差异。试验再次证明,黑暗产卵能增加产卵数,产出卵率和产卵速度。但交配时的光线对产卵无影响。同时证明影响产卵的原因是光的强底。
Four different colours and intensity lights were provided. i. e. During silkworm and oviposition respectively.The results indicated that no difference between Japenese and chinses race in moth mating.But during egg laying, the light quality differenly affected on the number of laid eggs,oviposition speed and rate of fertlized eggs. This experment proved again that the darkness could enhance the the number of laid eggs,rate of fertilized eggs and oviposition speed during egg laying. Also,it is showed that during math mating,lightype did not affect the number of laid eggs,rate of fertilized eggs and oviposition speed.From the above, we conclude that, light intensity affect the number of laid egg etc. instead of light wave length.
