摘要
以普通蚕品种为雌体，性连锁平衡致死系S－8、S－14为雄体进行杂交，以该杂交后代为材料，分析性连锁平衡致死系对桑蚕性别控制的能力，证明其控制桑蚕性别是可靠和有效的，其后代F1的雄蚕率可达95％以上，甚至100％。
In order to analysis the sex-controlled ability of the sex-linked and balanced lethal lines S-8 and S-14 on the silkworm(Bombyx mori), authors studied the male -ratio of silkworm by the cross generation from normal silkworm strains (female)×S- 8 or S-14(male).The results demonstrated that the sex controlled ability of the sex-linked and balanced lethal lines S-8 and S-14 were reliable and effective, moreover,the male-ratio of F1 could reach higher than 95%,even 100%.
