摘要
级配是沥青混合料路用性能的基础。冷料仓按科学的目标配比供料,热料仓按精确的生产配比配料是沥青搅拌设备级配调试和高效运行的技术关键。通过对沥青搅拌设备配料原理的分析,研究了级配变异的潜在程度及调试措施。得出了相对于传统的试算法或图解法,用电算程序解析法进行配比设计并指导级配调试的优越性。
The gradation of asphalt mixture is fundamental performance characteristic. The key techniques are proportion control in gradation adjusting and effective operation, such as cold bin gradation control depending on scientific target proportion, hot bin gradation control depending on accurate production proportion. Through the analysis of principle for asphalt mixing units gradation, the potential varieties and adjusting measures of gradation are studied. The advantages of analytical method using computer program in gradation design compared with traditional trial method and graphic method are given.
