摘要
防弹盾牌是重要的警用防暴工具,在应用中有着很高的防弹性能要求,并且要求外形美观。因其采用特殊防弹材料加工,加工过程中会出现回弹大,热处理时变形严重等缺陷,这些缺陷严重降低了成品率。现针对加工过程中出现的缺陷,设计了1副水循环冷却压形模,有效地解决了生产中出现的问题,对使用防弹材料的其他产品加工工艺制定具有借鉴意义。
The bulletproof shield is an important tool for the use of police antiriot. The product asks for good bulletproof performance and good-looking profile. The shield is made by special bulletproof material that has the disadvantages of springing hack evidently in shaping and severe deforming due to uneven cooling during heat treatment process. These defects will greatly decrease the rate of finished products. A cold-press forming die with water circulation structure was developed to prevent these problems.
