摘要
本文选取荔枝的果肉、荔枝的果肉干粉为研究对象,由WQF-410型FTIR(傅立叶光谱仪)测试荔枝鲜果肉的红外光谱,得出了3种红外热辐射源与荔枝果肉的光谱匹配性能,为荔枝强化干燥过程、提高干燥品质和高效节能提供主要的理论指导,为荔枝收获后的保鲜、干燥加工和综合利用制定相应的操作工艺,实现过程精准控制。
In order to provide main theories for enhancing dry process, raising dry quality and economizing energy and increasing efficiency for the Litchi flesh, In order to make use of establishment's correspond operation craft for protecting Litchi gleaning flesh, dryness processing and synthesizing , carrying out precise control of process; This paper selects flesh and powder of Litchi as research object, Infrared ray spectrum of Litchi fresh were tested by FTIR of WQF -410 type , It obtained the capability that three kinds of spectrum of radiation sources match with infrared ray spectrums of Litchi flesh.
