摘要
通过对α-Fe2O3可燃性气体传感器进行振动、高温、低温、温度快速变化和稳态湿热等可靠性环境试验,探索了各种环境因素对其性能的影响.根据试验数据,采用FTA方法对器件进行失效分析,找出了影响α-Fe2O3可燃性气体传感器性能的主要因素。
Through the environmental test inclouding vibration,high temperature,Low temperature,highspeed variance of temperature, steady damp and hot test and so on to the α-Fe 2O 3 burnable gas sensor,we researched to the function of all the factors in the environment the function of the α-Fe 2O 3 burnable gas sensor. Basing on the environmental test data,the failure analysis to gas sensor was made by FIA methods,the failure causes from the construction,production art and material were analyzed. the main factors affecting the function of the α-Fe 2O 3 burnable gas sensor were found,so that the theoretic and technical guarantee of improving gas sensor reliability was provided.
