摘要
根据铸造用有机粘结剂的要求以及对原料官能团的红外光谱分析,采用植物油沥青和残渣D进行酯化氧化等反应合成一种新的粘结剂.
According to the requirement of organic binders to be used for foundry and IR spectra of the function groups of starting compounds, a new binder has been synthesized by designed oxidization and esterification between the plant oil pitch and the residue D. The properties of the binder come up to or surpass the standards of GB 12216 bimder.
