摘要
应用扫描电镜、光学显微镜及X射线能谱仪等实验分析方法,对高压锅炉用水冷壁管失效开裂原因进行分析研究,结果表明,高压锅炉用水冷壁管开裂为应力腐蚀开裂,同时还有氢脆的作用。
The creviced failure of the pipe in the water cooled wall of the high pressure boiler is studied by some methods such as scanning electron microscope, optical microscope, spectrometer, X- ray analysis, etc. The results show that the creviced failure of the pipe is caused by the stress corrosion and the hydrogen embrittlement.
