带静电斥力的弹性杆的数值方法和结构分析

摘要 由于DNA分子之间存在静电斥力能防止弹性杆之间相互穿越,与普通弹性杆不一样。为研究DNA分子在静电斥力作用下,其结构形状受静电斥力影响的情况,给出了DNA在存在静电斥力作用下超细长弹性杆的平衡方程,利用递推方法建立了求解平衡方程的数值方法,并给出了超长弹性杆在静电斥力作用下的图形处理的计算实例和分析,该平衡方程和算法为研究大分子的结构提供了一种新方法。 DNA elastic rods are different from some common elastic rods, because DNA molecules carry electricity, which can avoid passing through each other. In order to study the structures which are affected by the electrostatic repulsion, a dynamical equation system is presented to describe the structure of a super slender elastic rod affected by electrostatic repulsion. Numerical algorithms are designed to solve the equation system, and a numerical example is given. The equation system and numerical algorithms provide a new way for studying the large molecules.
