摘要
研究了电极构型对流通型碳纤维电极从AuCl-4稀溶液中电沉积金行为的影响.在顺流操作方式下,整个电极能够在极限电流条件下工作,利用电沉积分布曲线计算了传质系数与流速的关系式.逆流方式可以使电沉积分布更为均匀,从而提高整个电极的利用效率.利用数学模型对各种实验曲线进行了模拟,计算结果与实验结果相符.
The method for recovering gold from dilute solution containing AuCl - 4 under study utilizes a flow-through porous electrode. Thecell was separated by an anion exchange membrane, and a carbon fiber padwas used as cathode material. The experimental results show that in theupstream counterelectrode configuration, all reactive surface of the porous electrode can work at limiting current. The relationship of mass transfer coefficient and flow rate was evaluated from the data of gold deposit distribution. In an downstream counterelectrode situation gold would deposit more evenly in pores along the electrode. Agreement between prediction from a mathematical model and experimental data was satisfactory.
