摘要
科学发展观是建设中国特色社会主义的根本指导,政府职能应在科学发展观指导下有全面而准确的定位。本文主要从科学发展观以人为本的基本思想着手,论述当前我国政府职能的主要方面及政府职能发挥过程中应当预防的问题及其对策。
The scientific outlook on development is a guiding ideology of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, on which the all-around governmental functions need to be precisely regulated. This paper mainly deals with the discussion of the major aspects of the governmental functions, some problems to be avoided and the countermeasures to be taken in the course of exerting the governmental functions, from the perspective of human-oriented thought under the scientific outlook on development.
