摘要
人口老龄化是21世纪人类发展的趋势,也是当今世界各国面临的一个重大社会问题。我国目前是世界上老龄人口最多的国家,公民的养老权应得到国家法律的确认和保护。养老权是公民依法享有的一项宪法权利,也是一项基本人权。对养老权制度及相关问题进行了探讨。
Aging population is one of the main features of the development of human society and also a serious social problem confronted by every nation in the world. Currently, China has the largest aging population in the world. The rights of the aged for social supports which are the fundamental hmnan rights as well as the constitutional ones every citizen could enjoy by law should be guaranteed and protected by law. Systems for the rights of the aged for social supports and some related questions are discussed.
