摘要
18Cr2Ni4W钢是一种高合金渗碳钢,渗碳冷却后,渗层组织中有较多的残余奥氏体.根据光学金相;扫描电镜分析;X光衍射定量分析和性能测试的结果,对现有热处理工艺进行了改进,用650℃。ZhX2次回大代替传统的680℃×8h×3次回火工艺,最终淬火温度由860℃降为820℃.满足性能要求,较大幅度地缩短了生产周期,节约了能源.
Based on the experiments of optical microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy,X ray diffraction analysis and mechanical properties measurements, the conventional heat treatment processes have been improved for reducing the retained austenite fractions of 18Cr2Ni4W steel after carbonizing. The conventional tempering process, i.e., 680℃ x 8h x 3 times, is replaced by 650℃ x 2h x 2 times. The rehearing temperature for quenching has also been reducted from 860℃ to 820℃. It have been demonstrated that the present heat treatment technology can fit the demand for mechanical properties, and at the same time, are of the advantage of reducting the production time and economizing energy.
