摘要
“以人为本”是社会发展和高等教育事业发展的必然要求。高等教育以人为本要求将人的发展的最高性看作一切教育活动的最高原则。以人为本作为一种发展理念,只有依赖于制度创新才能演化为可以感受到的教育实践。制度作为一种行为规范与准则,为高等教育以人为本的实现提供了必要的保障。
＂Human-First＂ motto plays a vital role in social development as well as in higher education enterprise.By ＂Human-First＂ in the higher education realm,we mean the ultimate development of human should be the first and foremost guideline of all educational activities.To materialize the developmental ideal of＇Human-First＂,it is indispensable for institutional innovation to play its part so that the tangible educational practice could be actualized.
