文章简要介绍了某住宅小区2#楼φ377沉管夯扩桩偏位的原因分析与处理方案,实施效果较好,确保了结构安全,对类似桩基质量事故具有一定的参考作用。
This paper briefly introduces the displacement reasons of the Ф 377 bored and underreamed sinking pile in Building 2 of a residential community and it also presents the treatment scheme which proves to effectively guarantee the safety of the whole structure and is thus of some referential value.
