摘要
文章介绍了过江管道扩建工程的概况、利用滑动支座解决隧道中长距离管道温度应力问题、管道整体滑移施工方法的选择、方案的可行性分析与论证以及具体的施工步骤。某工程通过采用滑动支座技术、管道整体滑移的施工方法,顺利地完成了过江管道施工任务,并一次性通过了水压试验,为大口径、长距离、高差大、非直线管道在隧道施工作业面小、应力释放解决难、通风条件差、材料运输难度大等特点的管道工程的施工提供了成功的范例。
The paper introduces the general construction process in the extension project of the pipeline that crosses the Yangtze River, such as the release of temperature stress in loag pipeline with sliding pedestal; selection, feasibility analysis, demonstration of the construction scheme and the concrete steps of the whole slippage construction. With sliding pedestal technique and whole slippage construction, the wastewater pipeline was constructed successfully aemss the Yangtze River and passed the hydraulic pressure test once only. This construction provides a successful example for the nonlinear pipeline that is big in diameter, long in distance, large in elevation difference constructed in tunnel with small working site, poor stress releasing condition, bad ventilation and difficult material conveyance.
