摘要
建立了检测鸡血清中传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)抗体的免疫过氧化物酶单层试验(IPMA)。用于野外鸡血清中IBDV抗体检测。结果表明,IPMA比琼脂凝胶扩散试验(AGD)更敏感,快速、稳定。这为IBD和其它疾病的诊断提供了一种新方法。
A method has been established for detecting antibody of IBDV in chicken by immunoperoxidase monolayer assay(IPMA). The results in detection for 106 sera of chicken show that IPMA is better than agar gel diffution (AGD)in sensitivity rapidity, and stability. The IPMA will be widely used of diagnesis of infectious bursal disease in chicken.
