摘要
目的对繁缕的化学成分进行研究。方法用色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为大黄素(Ⅰ),大黄素甲醚(Ⅱ),大黄素-8-甲醚(Ⅲ),二十六烷醇(Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ),山奈酚-3,7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ和Ⅶ均为首次从该植物中分得,并为繁缕属植物中首次分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Stellaria media ( L. ) Cyr. Methods The compounds were isolated by means of chromatography and the structures were determined on the basis of physico-chemical and spectral analysis. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as emodin ( Ⅰ ), physcion ( Ⅱ), questin ( Ⅲ ), 1-hexacosanol ( Ⅳ ), β-sitostero ( Ⅴ ), daucosterol ( Ⅵ ), kaempferol-3,7-O-α-L-dirhamnoside ( Ⅶ). Conclu- sion Five compounds ( Ⅰ -Ⅳ,Ⅶ ) were isolated from Stellaria media for the first time. None of them were found in genus Stellaria L. previously.
