摘要
以石蜡切片法研究苦瓜性别分化的形态学.苦瓜的性别分化首先要经过两性期,然后再分别向雌或雄的方向发育.以显微分光光度法分析两性花及典型发育时期的雄、雌花中雄蕊和雌蕊组织的RNA和蛋白质的相对含量,得出两性花的发育方向与相应组织中的RNA和蛋白质合成能力的强弱有关.在苦瓜的性别分化与表达中,雄蕊组织和雌蕊组织的RNA和蛋白质合成能力总是一强一弱。
The morphology of sex differentiation of Momordica charntia was investigated by paraffin sectioning method. The sex differentiation process first underwent a hermaphroditic stage, then developped along the direction of male or female.The relative contents of RNA and protein in stamen or pistil tissues of hermaphroditic and male or female flowers at typical development stages were analyzed by microphotometer. It indicated that the development direction of hermaphroditic flower is related to the ability for the tissues to synthesize the RNAs and proteins. In the process of sex differentiation on Momordica charantia . Only stamen or pistil tissue could develop further depending on their ability of synthesizing RNAs and proteins.and it made the final result of sex differentiation was unisexual flower formation.
