亚微米ZnO粉体在水中分散特性的研究

摘要 以聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙二醇20000为分散剂,通过沉降正交实验对ZnO颗粒的分散稳定性和分散剂、溶液pH值、球磨速度以及球磨时间对ZnO分散行为的影响进行了研究。结果表明:不同分散剂的分散效果不同,分散剂用量及溶液pH值对颗粒的分散有着显著的影响,并获得了制备20%ZnO水悬浮液的最优化配方。最后对亚微米ZnO水分散体系的形貌进行了观察和分析。 Polyacrylamide and polyethylene glycol 20000 are used as dispersants to study the dispersing stability of zinc oxide by settlement test and orthogonal design method and the influence of dispersant content, pH value, mixing speed and mixing time on dispersing behavior of ZnO. The results showed : effectiveness of different dispersants was different, dispersant content and pH value had remarkable influence on particle dispersion; the optimum formulation was obtained to prepare 20% ZnO suspension; finally, the pattern of submicron zinc oxide in water dispersing system was observed and analyzed.
