摘要
近年来,教师教育技术能力培训一直是备受关注的重要话题,但培训后教师的管理却没有进入学者的研究视野,而且对培训效果的关注也不够。针对这一现象,本文提出把绩效管理应用于教师教育技术能力培训后的管理中,并着重阐述了绩效管理应用的可行性分析和体系架构。最后,在综合相关理论研究和实践应用的基础上,笔者总结了绩效管理应用中可能遇到的问题,以引起人们的进一步思考。
Recently much attention is paid to the training of primary and middle school teachers" ability on educational technology. However, researchers know little about the administration of teachers after the training, which makes the outcome of the training unobvious. The paper advocates applying performance management of company into the administration of teachers" ability on educational technology after the training and explains the feasibility and architecture of the application of performance management. At last, based on theoretical researches and applications, the paper sums the problems that maybe happen during applying performance management, which make us consider further.
