摘要
定向断裂爆破技术是利用聚能管改变巷道周边眼装药结构,爆破时,利用聚能作用控制裂隙的方向和数量,以获得较好的爆破效果的技术;它与传统的光面爆破技术有较大的差别。经过在集团公司开拓系统的推广应用,已经取得了显著的效果。实践证明,这种爆破技术减少了对围岩的破坏,提高了巷道的成形质量,降低了材料消耗,有利于提高掘进速度和降低工程成本。
Directional rapture explosion is to control direction of explosion rupture of in shaped - explosion by using focused explosion energy to get good explosion result. It is obvious that good explosion result has been get by using this technique in development system of Hegang Coal Industry Group. This technique makes less breakage on tunnel wall, increases quality of tunnel construction, reduces materials for tunnel construction, and makes good conditions for increasing construction speed and reducing construction cost.
