摘要
目的:观察蝉花对血糖和造血功能的影响。方法:腹腔注射四氧嘧啶形成糖尿病小鼠模型,观察蝉花对糖尿病小鼠和正常小鼠血糖的影响。采用尾尖端放血和腹腔注射盐酸苯肼的方法,形成小鼠失血性贫血和盐酸苯肼贫血的模型,分组给药后采血测定小鼠的Hb、RBC,观察蝉花对造血作用影响。结果:蝉花能降低四氧嘧啶造成的糖尿病小鼠和正常小鼠的血糖。蝉花能明显对抗失血性贫血和对抗盐酸苯肼贫血。且高剂量组的作用与阿胶组相似。结论:证明蝉花对糖尿病小鼠和正常小鼠血糖均有显著的降低血糖的作用。具有明显抗失血性贫血和抗盐酸苯肼贫血作用。
Objective: To observe the Effect of Cordyceps cicadae on Blood sugar of Mice and Its Hematopoietic Function. Methods: Diabetic mice model was induced by Alloxan and the effect of Cordyceps cicadae on blood sugar of no mal or diabetic mice were observed respectively. Two kinds of anemia model were established by losing blood from mice' tail top and injecting phenyl hydrazine hydrechloride, then Hb and RBC in the blood of mice were determined after being given Cordyceps cicadae in order to study its effect on the hematopoietic function. Results: Cordyceps cicadae can lower the serum glucose levels of no mal mice and diabetic mice made by Alloxan. Besides, Cordyceps cicadae could significantly oppose hemorrhagic anemia and anemia caused by being injected phenyl hydrazine hydrechloride. Moreover, high dose Cordyceps cicadae had the similar effect on the hematopoietic function with donkey - hide gelatin. Conclusion: It was indicated that Cordyceps cicadae had obvious decrease - sugar effect on no real mice and diabetic mice made by Alloxan. Cordyceps cicadae had significant anti - action to hemorrhagic anemia and anemia caused by being injected phenyl hydrazinc hydrechlofide.
