摘要
一台变频器控制多台大功率异步电动机进行软起动时,切换过程中被切换电机可能出现定子绕组电压过大而产生过大的切换冲击电流,对电动机的电气特性和机械特性造成破坏性损伤。对异步电动机变频转工频的切换过程进行了分析,同时利用鉴频鉴相控制器和PLC对限制切换冲击电流提出了解决思路。
A switch process from frequency conversion to working frequency in powerful alternate-current asynchronous motor must be dealt with when a frequency converter controls powerful alternate-current asynchronous motor to soft start. In this process, because of excessive voltage of the stator winding the switched motor can produce excessive switch-impulse-current to cause destructive damages to electrical and mechanical characteristic of motor. The resolved idea to limit the switch impulse current by analyzing the switch process from frequency conversion to working frequency of the asynchronous motor was put forward.
