摘要
在跨栏跑教学中,针对学生“怕栏”的心理障碍,运用心理控制教学方案,加强跨栏跑教学的心理训练,减少不良心理反应。改进学生跨栏跑的教学与训练,对我们从事跨栏跑的教学与训练具有指导意义。
According to the fact that many stadents fear to practice hurdle ;n physical class, the study is to explore a way to avoid the psychological obstacles and eliminate the fear reaction by psychological control plan. The improvement of students' training will be instructive to the teaching and practice of hurdle.
