面对高校办学规模和资产总量快速增长以及办学资源相对不足并存的形势,注重发掘对存量资产信息的加工利用,以全面、真实、可靠的资产信息为依据,提高资源配置的科学决策能力,凸现决策效益是最大效益的投资理念,以实现规范管理学校资产和科学配置办学资源的目的。
The rapid growth of the university size and the total assets coexist with the relative lack of educational resources in the new situation. This article paid more attention to explore and utilize the existing assets on the basis of comprehensive, truthful and reliable property information and to increase resource collocation scientific decision-making ability. Protruding the effectiveness of the decision-making is the biggest investment philosophy, in order to realize normalized management of the university assets and the scientific allocation of the educational resources.
