摘要
以TiOSO4为原料,采取SAS工艺制备了TiO2和掺铁的光催化剂,对某制药废水(COD=1309mg/L)进行了降解实验。研究了光源、煅烧温度、掺铁比例、pH值、附加条件对废水降解率的影响。结果表明:700℃制备的TiO2在紫外光和太阳光下的降解率分别为77%和70%。掺铁比例为0.5%的TiO2对废水的降解率为81%。pH=2的废水降解率为82%。附加曝气对废水的1h降解率比超声和磁力搅拌的高10%和12%。
The photocatalyst (TiO2) is prepared in the lab by means of SAS process, which is a newly developed method for preparing nano-materials, featuring low cost and easy reaction control. Samples of pharmaceutical wastewater were tested using two different sources of light and the catalyst is doped with different amount of iron (Fe3+). Influence of various reaction conditions on degradation of pharmaceutical wastewater was analyzed and evaluated.
