摘要
伊朗南部气田TBK-15井,在311mm井眼开钻后,遇到大的缝洞,泡沫均不返出。采用硬胶泡沫盲钻后,112m3钻屑、7260m3发泡液和1590000m3空气不知去向,给地质录井和准确判断井下情况带来了极大困难;若岩屑不能有效地进入漏层,砂卡钻具的风险极大,一旦钻穿下部气层,将会造成严重后果。通过使用优质硬胶泡沫和较大气液量,坚持勤划眼,勤短程起下钻,勤活动钻具,勤卡层电测,井下没有出现复杂情况,顺利盲钻1498m,套管下入顺利。应用结果表明,该硬胶泡沫稳定时间长,携砂能力强,具有抗盐水和石膏污染的能力,成本低,满足了钻井施工要求,创造了TABNAK气田完井周期为58d的新记录。
Well TBK-15 is located in South Iran,which was drilled with foam in the 311 mm section.The foam used had been lost into fractures in this section,with no returned foam at the surface.Blind drilling was tried using stiff foam,which is composed of 7260 m3 liquid and 15900000 m3 air,and the foam went nowhere with 112 m3 drilled cuttings.This brought about great difficulties to geological log and diagnosis of the downhole troubles.Pipe sticking may happen if the drilled cuttings did not go into the fractures,especially after the gas reservoir was drilled.Engineering measures,such as back reaming,wiper trip,working the string up and down were taken to deal with these problems.The well was blind drilled successfully using stiff foam with great amount of air by 1498 m.Cementing was done smoothly.The stiff foam had a long life time and enough carrying capability.Moreover,the low-cost stiff foam can be used in saltwater and gypsum formations.A well in Tabnak gas field had a completion date of 58 day,which was the shortest,had been drilled using this stiff foam.
