我国改革开放至今,在各个经济领域中家电业是开放、竞争较为充分的行业。家电业的竞争,已从最初的产品定位到质量竞争、价格竞争、服务承诺,进而向物流领域竞争延伸。在经过十年高速发展的时代之后,家电行业已从2000年开始萎缩,陷入了经营困难的境地。随着家电行业微利润的到来,企业纷纷把目光投向了不引人注目的物流环节,向流通要利润是我国家电企业需要克服的难题,也是目前家电行业的最大的利润增长点。对海尔物流和广州安泰达物流公司的模式的利弊的分析,比较一下两者不同的地方,希望能从反面来反映我国物流市场存在的哪些不足和值得借鉴学习的地方。
Since the economic system form reform,the China's family machine industry is well open and competitive.Its competition has moved from the first goods orientation to the quality,price and service promises,even to the logistics field.After the age of ten years high-speed development,from 2000,the family machine industry have been atrophied to the condition of hard management.Following the puny profit of the family machine industry,enterprises eyed on the logistics part,which is none spectacular before.And getting profit from the logistics is now the difficulty of all the China's family machine enterprises, and it's also the field of huge profit. The paper analyzes the. advantages and disadvantages of the Haier logistics and the AnTaiDa logistics, to point out the deficiency of china's family machine industry logistics, and the leaning form them.
