皂化P_(204)微乳液膜处理含锌废水的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究以皂化P204为载体的微乳液膜配方及其稳定性。采用P204/Span80/煤油/NaOH微乳体系萃取废水中Zn2+,考察了P204与煤油和Span80的质量比、NaOH的浓度、乳水比、外水相pH值、油相重复使用次数等因素对Zn2+萃取率的影响。结果表明,当P204与煤油的质量比为1:2.5,P204与Span80的质量比为1:1,NaOH浓度为1.5mol/L,乳水比为1:4(体积比),废水pH值为5.5时,萃取10min,P204/煤油/NaOH微乳液膜对Zn2+萃取率可达99.72%,P204/Span80/煤油/NaOH微乳液膜对Zn2+萃取率可达99.98%,微乳液膜不仅稳定性好、萃取效率高,而且工艺简单、膜相可自动破乳、油相可重复使用。 The formula and stability for microemulsion liquid membrane with saponified P204 as cartier were studied. Through Zn^2+ extraction test from wastewater using microemulsion systems of P204/Span80/kerosene/NaOH,the effect of mass ratios of P204 to kerosene and Span80,NaOH concentration, volumetric ratio of microemulsion to wastewater, pH value of exterior water phase and the times of oil phase used repeatedly etc. factors on Zn^2+ extraction rate was investigated. The experimental results showed that the extraction rates of Zn^2+ were 99.72% with P204/kerosene/NaOH and 99.98% with P204/Span80/kerosene/NaOH when the mass ratio of P204 to kerosene was 1:2.5, the mass ratio of P204 to Span80 was 1:1, the concentration of NaOH was 1.5 mol/L, the of volume ratio of microemulsion to wastewater was 1:4, the pH value of wastewater was 5.5,the extraction time was 10 min. This microemulsion liquid membrane exhibited several advantages including good stability, high efficiency of extraction, simple process, ease of demulsification as well as repeated use oil phase.
