摘要
进行了PAC-MBR和MBR处理生活污水的对比实验研究,在考察PAC减缓膜污染的效果和对污泥混合液特性影响的基础上,探讨了胞外聚合物与膜污染的关系。PAC-MBR膜组件在83d的运行期内清洗了2次,而MBR进行了3次清洗,表明添加PAC相对有效地减缓了膜阻力升高的速度;PAC污泥混合液的粘度下降,MBR中的EPS在31d的膜工作周期内由36.04mg/gVSS增加到67.82mg/gVSS,而PAC-MBR中EPS在44d内由29.57mg/gVSS增加到63.53mg/gVSS,说明EPS浓度的降低可能是PAC-MBR混合液粘度下降的重要原因;MBR和PAC-MBR中膜阻力与混合液EPS含量正相关,其关系式分别为:R=0.0002CEPS2.6497和R=0.0007CEPS2.3407,证明EPS对膜污染有着重要的影响。
The experiments of treating simulation sewage by submerged membrane bioreactor (SMBR) and powdered activated carbon integrating membrane bioreactor(PAC-MBR) were conducted under the same feed and operation conditions to investigate the effect of PAC on membrane fouling. The membrane module of PAC-MBR was rinsed 2 times and SMBR' was rinsed 3 times during 83d operation time, this results showed the membrane fouling speed was reduced effectively. The extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) content in SMBR sludge liquor increased from 36.04mg/gVSS to 67.82mg/gVSS during 31d, while it increased from 29.57mg/gVSS to 63.53mg/gVSS during 44d in PAC-MBR, which might lead to the liquor viscosity decreased. The good correlation between transmembrane resistence and EPS content of sludge liquor was observed for both MBR modes; their correlated equations were R=0.0002CEPS^2.6497 and R=0.0007CEPS^2.3407 respectively, proving EPS having important influence on membrane fouling.
