摘要
用接枝共聚法合成了可自交联的阳离子型水性环氧-丙烯酸酯-硅氧烷复合乳液,研究了环氧树脂种类、交联剂DMAEMA用量及硅氧烷对乳液及其涂膜性能的影响,用FTIR、DSC及TGA对聚合物的结构进行了分析。结果表明,以E20/E12为原料,所得乳液储存稳定;交联剂DMAEMA及硅氧烷的引入可以明显的提高共聚物膜的耐水、耐酸和耐溶剂性能。
Self-crosslinking cationic epoxy-acrylate-siloxane hybrid emulsion was prepared with free copolymerization method. Effects of the varieties of epoxy resin and the amounts of cross-linker DMAEMA on the performance of the hybrid emulsion and its coating films were investigated. The structures of the copolymers were characterized by using FTIR, DSC and TGA. The experimental re sults show that, compared with the film based on the pure epoxy-acrylate coatings, the storage stability of the hybrid emulsion made of E20 and E12 is fine, water-resistance, acid-resistance and solventresistance of the films modified by DMAEMA and siloxane are greatly improved.
