摘要
为了提高工作效率,利用Pro/E建立注射机合模装置前模板的模型,并在Pro/E中进行有限元计算的前处理,应用ANSYS强大的计算功能对前模板进行静力分析。与传统方法和直接导入模型方法的结果进行了比较和讨论,证明这种方法更简便并保证一定的精确性。
To improve working efficiency, the model of front-moldboard in clamping unit of injection molding machine was established, and preprocessed about FEM by Pro/E. The powelful operation function of ANSYS was applied, and the stress of front-moldboard was analysed. The results of traditional method and directly guided model's method were compared and discussed. Simple and convenient of this method was proved and basic accuracy ensured.
