摘要
对失效钻杆的断口形貌、金相组织、化学成分和力学性能进行了分析,结合钻杆的受力状态分析,推断出钻杆的断裂原因。在弯曲、拉压、扭转、冲击、振动等交变载荷的复合作用下,在钻杆外表面的腐蚀坑底部产生疲劳裂纹,随着裂纹的不断扩展,导致钻杆腐蚀疲劳断裂。
This paper contains a detailed experiment analysis on the fracture section characteristic, metallographic organization, chemic consists and mechanics property of a drill pipe and a set of analysis calculation on the mutative load which putting on the drilling pipe. Through analysis, this paper deduce the reason that result the drilling pipe fracture as following: under the action of the bend stress, tension and compress stress, torsion, impaction and vibration, fatigue crack come into being on the out surface corrosive dent section, as a final result, the drilling pipe corrosive fatigue fracture.
