摘要
温州作为中国首批14个沿海开放城市之一,在20多年的改革中以一种独特的进化方式,率先进入市场经济,不仅迅速摆脱了贫穷,而且成功地从传统农业社会向现代工业化社会过渡。随着社会经济的发展和城市现代化进程步伐的加快,城市的文化品位和人的现代化越来越显得重要,而提升城市文化品位的关键是实现人的现代化。
Wenzhou, as one of the first 14 coastal cities in China to open up to the outside world, has taken the lead in entering the market economy with its unique style in the 20 years＇ reform. It not only has quickly risen out of the poverty, but also has transformed successfully from a traditional agricultural society to a modern industrial society. With the development of economy and the speed up of the modernization of cities, the city＇s cultural grade and people＇s modernization are becoming more and more important, and the essence of promoting the city＇s cultural grade is to realize the modernization of people.
