高温下矿物-水反应对油层伤害的模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文报道辽河油田曙一区兴隆台稠油油藏3口井的岩心与强碱性蒸汽冷凝水在高温高压下反应后岩石成分及粘土矿物的变化。在反应条件下高岭石、伊利石分解,最终生成稳定的蒙脱石,反应温度越高,粘土矿物的此种转化程度越高。对于高粘土含量的该油藏,在热采中如不采取防治措施,高温下矿物-水反应导致强膨胀性蒙脱石不断生成,粘土的水敏性膨胀将成为储层的主要伤害因素。 The changes in rock and clay mineral composition of the core samples from thrce production wells of Xinglongtai viscous crude reservoir, district Shuguang I, Liaohc, after having reacted with highly alkaline (pH=11.89) steam condensate at high temperatures and pressures arc determined. It is shown that the most significant mineral-water reactions arc decomposition of kaolinite and illite leading eventually to creation of montmorillonite. The higher the reaction temperature the more violently the clay variety transformation occurs. The swelling of the water-sensible clay mineral will become the principal damaging factor for the named reservior in the course of thermal recovery.
