摘要
主权是民族国家最重要的特征和最根本的属性,作为国家身份的主权是不能分割、不能让渡的,但在全球化时代下,一国不可避免的要与他国发生交往,在交往中,我们对主权是让渡还是维护,众说纷纭。所谓“主权维护”,就是在让渡中维护,全球化使国家置身于更多的“让渡”之中而并未减损国家的主权。
National sovereignty is the most fundamental and most important feature for a nation . As identity of a national sovereignty, it can not be broken up or not be alienated. But in the era of globalization, a nation is unavoidable to have exchanges with other countries, in exchange, that we deliver or safeguard the sovereignty is divergent. Socalled ＂safeguard sovereignty,＂ means safeguarding in delivering, globalization has resulted in more national exposure to the ＂transfer＂, and would not detract from the country＇s sovereignty.
