摘要
企业文化是企业在生存与发展中所形成的物质财富和精神财富的总和,是企业的意识形态,是以物质为载体的精神现象。只有先进的企业文化才能演变出凝聚力、向心力,才能出战斗力、竞争力。企业文化建设是一门学问,也是一门艺术,应从"少数"带动"全体"、注重"以人为本"、倡导"学习贯彻"、坚持"不断创新"、坚守"诚实信用"、推崇"团结合作"等方面入手建设先进的保险企业文化。
Corporate culture is the embodiment of the material and spiritual wealth of enterprises cultivated during its development. It is an ideology of the enterprise with a material carrier. Only advanced corporate culture can generate cohesive power and a centripedal force, and reinforce an enterprise's competitive clout. The buildup pf corporate culture is both a science and an art. The behaviors and concepts of "the few" should be used to drive those of "the whole" , and the imperative factor of people cannot be overemphasized. Meanwhile, execution, innovation, trustworthiness and teamwork should be promoted to cultivate an advanced insurance corporate culture.
