阐述了当前水利建设取得的成就,并着重分析了其中存在的若干伦理问题,以期引起社会的广泛关注,以求得理想的改善途径。
Along with the constant development of China＇s water conservancy construction, the paper elaborated on the current achievements in water conservancy, and focused on a number of ethical issues. The ethical issues would have been caused widespread concerns in society and have been improved perfectly.
