摘要
应用现代设计方法对汽车机械进行结构强度分析。用Pro/E软件建立参数化模型,导入有限元前后处理软件HYPERMESH中做前处理,在ANSYS中进行有限元求解、分析,得出该支架的强度;进一步用ANSYS生成柔性体,导入ADAMS中,进行振动模态分析,检查模型的模态、频率,验证支架发生共振的可能性;为现代机械设计提供一些可行的经验、方法。
Based on modem design method it analyzes the structure strength of car. The parameter model made with PRO/ENGINEER is imported into the post - processing system HYPERMESH. The FEA solution and frame strength are done in ANSYS. The flexible body from ANSYS is imported into ADAMS for modal analysis, the modal and frequents can be used to validate the dynamic functions. This offers some feasible experiences and method for modern machine design.
