就施工企业把最低标中标当作低价竞标的错误认识及低价竞标存在的原因,浅析其危害性及解决的策略。
In the construction enterprise,it is wrong to consider accepting the lowest tender as making a tender at low price. This paper discusses the reason why there exists low price tender,and the harm it brings and strategies for solving it.
