摘要
目的:进一步认识不典型急性心肌梗死的临床诊断及意义。方法:通过对34例不典型急性心肌梗死的综合分析,了解不典型急性心肌梗死的心电图及临床诊断。结果:通过对34例不典型急性心肌梗死的临床分析,在一些具有临床症状,但心电图检查无病理性改变或病理性改变不明显的患者,结合实验室检查、心电图动态观察可以确诊。结论:不典型急性心肌梗死的临床诊断应综合分析,及时诊断。
Objective The further understanding of the clinical diagnosis and meaning of not typical model acute myocardial infarction. Methods Passing the comprehensive analysis of 34 not typical model acute myocardial infarction, we could be fimilar with the electrocardiogram and clinical atlalysis of not typical model acute myocardial infarction. Results Pass to 34 not typical model the clinical analysis of the impatient myocardial infarction, at some have clinical symptom, but the electrocardiogram check have no pathologic sex change or pathology to change a not obvious sufferer, combine the laboratory check,the electrocardiogram dynamic state observation can indeed. Conclusion We should comprehensively analyse to diagnose not typital model acute myocardial infarction.
