摘要
在高等教育现代化进程中,传统的校生关系正面临挑战,校生之间的冲突不断涌现。妥善解决这些冲突,必须建立完善的校生冲突救济体系,并以学生权利为本,不断推进现代大学制度建设。
The traditional student-university relationship is being faced with challenge increasingly and the studentuniversity conflict is constantly emerging in the modernization process of higher education. To deal with student-university conflict, we must build perfect mechanism of solving conflict between student＇s right and college power, and constantly impel the modem university system construction on standard of students＇ right.
