摘要
土地流转已成为农村的普遍现象。土地的流转与农民经济收益有直接关系,而且主要在亲友之间流转,具有短期性。这种流转是我国农村社会保障机制不健全的结果,直接影响了农业产业化的进程。健全农村社会保障机制,推动土地流转的制度化是推动农村产业化的必然要求。
The land circulation has been a universal phenomenon in rural areas, but the land circulation has the direct relationship with the economic return, and the circulation is between the relatives and friends and has short effects. The circulation is the consequence of the initial developing of the rural social security system, and directly affected the course of agriculture industrialization. Improving the rural social security system and promoting the rural land circulation institutionalization are the inevitable demand of the improving the course of agriculture industrialization.
