摘要
根据生产实际情况与降本增效的要求,对板坯连铸机使用的中间包在浇注工艺和使用中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改造方案并进行了成功改造,目前使用效果良好,达到了预期的目的。
Depending on the request of reducing the cost and increasing the benefit in production,it analyzed the problems of tundish in casting process in slab CC machine. The transforming plan was put forward and also be successfully used. Now good effects were obtained in tundish, and the predicted purpose was realized.
