摘要
以过氧化氢作为氧化剂,在连续蒸腾壁式反应器内对活性染料废水进行超临界水氧化处理研究,考察了反应温度[595~704K(321.85~430.85℃)]、压力(18~30MPa)和氧化剂用量等因素对原水COD和色度去除率的影响。结果表明,当温度为704K(430.85℃)、压力为28MPa时,反应停留时间小于35s,废水COD和色度去除率分别可达到98.4%和99.9%,超临界水氧化法能有效地处理活性染料废水。
Supercritical water oxidation of reactive dye wastewater in a continuous transpiring wall reactor with hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant was studied under the conditions of temperature 595 - 704 K and pressure 18 -30 MPa. The impacts of temperature, pressure and dosage of oxidant on removal efficiency of COD and color were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of COD and color could reach 98.4% and 99.9% respectively at 704 K and 28 MPa, with retention time less than 35 s. Supercritical water oxidation is a very effective technique for reactive dye wastewater treatment.
