摘要
利用坑口电厂排放的粉煤灰作混凝土掺合料,在室内及井下巷道做锚喷支护实验,结果表明:粉煤灰混凝土具有早期强度低的缺点,而双掺速凝剂和早强减水剂对喷射混凝土的早期强度影响较大;当粉煤灰取代量超过一定数值后,对后期强度影响较小。工业化应用的情况表明粉煤灰用于井下巷道锚喷支护是完全可行的。
The test analysis showed that the fly ash discharged from of the pit power station (using slime and coal refuse as fuel) in Pingdingshan Mining Group met the demand of spraying concrete admixture for roadway support. The support test in the laboratory and at the site indicated that the fly ash concrete has low strength in early stage, and the accelerator and early -strength water -reducing agent can enhance the early-strength obviously, and when the quantity replaced by fly ash exceeded a certain value, it has a little influence on the strength in the later stage. Its industrialized application also showed that it is completely feasible to use fly ash for bolting and shotcreting support of roadways.
