摘要
本文认为农民组织化是解决“三农”问题的重要结点,并从改革环境、法制保障、市场条件、实践基础四个方面分析了提高农民组织化程度正当其时,总结了提高农民组织化程度的六种模式,提出需要处理好四种关系,政府需在四个方面推进农民组织化进程。
The paper takes for that farmer organization is the critical point to settle the triple-agricultural issues.It concludes that it is the perfect time to enhance the farmer organization through analysis on 4 aspects including reform environment,law system protection,marketing condition,and practical groundwork.6 models are summarized to enhance the farmer organization level.It proposes the necessity to deal with 4 relationships properly,and the government should push the farmer organization advancement forward on 4 aspects.
