摘要
分析了采编业务外包对采编部门产生的影响,指出采编人员应以平和的心态对待角色的转换,树立市场意识并增强法律观念,保持较高的采访、验收与编目能力,培养组织管理与沟通能力,提高自身素质以适应职能转变。
This paper analyzes on the influence of the service outsourcing on the acquisitioning and cataloging section, and points out that the acquisitioning and cataloging personnel should treat the role changing with the mild psychology, establish the market consciousness and strengthen the legal concept, maintain higher ability in acquisition, acceptance check and catalogue, cultivate the organization ability and communication ability, and improve self quality to fit in with the functional transformation.
